Infant go to Chester Zoo

The children from Reception to Year 2 visit Chester Zoo and had a great time.

The Infant classes went on their first educational visit following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions to Chester Zoo on Thursday 18th November, as part of their Humanities topic about the Animal Kingdom.  The Year 1 and Year 2 children also attended a workshop where they learned lots of new information about "Life Processes".

The children had a great time seeing all the animal, learning about how many species there are and about the lifestyle of the animals. (including how many poops an elephant does a day!)

The children and staff all enjoyed a picnic lunch prepared by our wonderful Catering Team.

You can find out lots more information and see lots of photos on the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 class pages.
